Breathing is free so why pay?
.While this is true and that is what makes breathing training so great. However, the amount of time to learn about breathing in terms of biomechanics and biochemistry is a long journey. So for YOU it is better to have someone who knows the answers and the path you need to achieve the goals you set.
Does it work for my sport/exercise?
coaching is tailored to individual clients as breathing mechanics are different depending on the sport.
Is breathing training for me?
70% of people have dysfunctional breathing and 30% have the basics but no real knowledge of how to optimize breathing.

does this add time to training?
NO….most breathing protocols simply can be added into existing training routines.
How do the courses work?
courses are set at your own pace, so you can refer to them at any time. The courses also can have options for Q and A sessions.
isn’t breathing training cold baths, gongs, and dancing around fires?
This isn’t the type of breathing practice I do, but it does have a place in the breathing space. This breathing training falls more toward the scientific end of the spectrum. It is a scientifically evidenced-based approach to breathing training for sports performance.
